Wednesday (year around) - 6:30 PM - 7:40 PM
Friday (year around) - 6:00 PM - 8:00 PM
Saturday Morning (year around) - 7:00 AM - 9:00 AM (By invitation only)
Sunday (year around) - 2:00 PM - 4:00 PM
Fees: US Swimming Annual Membership - $50.00
RCST Monthly Membership - $35.00
(Additional Children in Same Family - $5.00 per month, per child)
ATTENTION ALL:
There will be "NO" practice on Friday Night or Saturday Morning. The Brownie's have a slumberee on Friday. Many of our swimmers will be in Hickory at Lenoir-Rhyne College attending CVAC's "Turkey" Meet on Saturday. Remember to encourage those swimmers attending this meet. Time to show just what all our hard work has produced.
